About the Role
This role offers an opportunity to work closely with political leadership, government departments, and senior stakeholders on high-impact governance and policy initiatives.
The selected candidate will work on real-time public policy and governance challenges across sectors such as education, public health, infrastructure, rural development, technology, and public service delivery. The role combines analytical problem-solving with implementation support and requires the ability to operate in fast-paced and high-responsibility environments.
Candidates should be comfortable working across stakeholders, managing complex workstreams, supporting implementation efforts, and contributing to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with government departments, political leadership, implementation teams, and external stakeholders to support the design, execution, and monitoring of high-impact governance initiatives
- Support the development and implementation of governance and policy interventions across sectors such as education, healthcare, infrastructure, technology, and rural development
- Coordinate across departments and stakeholders to track progress, resolve implementation bottlenecks, and drive execution
- Analyse government schemes, administrative systems, and program performance to identify gaps and strategic opportunities
- Develop policy notes, presentations, dashboards, analytical reports, and strategic briefs for senior stakeholders
- Work with datasets, MIS systems, and field inputs to support data-driven decision-making
- Contribute to governance and political strategy through structured research, issue analysis, and policy inputs
- Maintain structured documentation and institutional knowledge repositories for ongoing initiatives

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputed institution, preferably in Political Science, Economics, Public Policy, Law, Social Sciences, Engineering, or related disciplines
- 1 to 6 years of experience in consulting, public policy, governance, research, analytics, political consulting, development sector, or related fields
- Experience with quantitative analysis, policy evaluation, impact assessment, or dashboarding tools would be beneficial but is not mandatory
