Role Description
We are seeking detail-oriented and analytical professionals to join our team as Associate/Senior Associate. In this role, you will prepare structured, accurate reports assessing real estate properties. Reports will be based on provided data, photos, and templates.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields who are looking for flexible, remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare concise, well-structured reports using the company’s format and guidelines.
- Ensure all submissions meet quality and consistency standards.
- Communicate with the team if clarification or additional information is needed.
- Submit completed reports within agreed timelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Architecture, or related technical field.
- Strong written communication and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to interpret visual and technical information.
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PDF editing, etc.).
- Reliable internet connection and personal computer/laptop.
