Job Title: Associate – SCS Operations – Vendor Onboarding support
Experience: 0 - 1 years
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and accountable professional to join the SCS team to support GDS/ Non GDS . This role is part of the SCS team and focuses on pre-purchase activities including vendor onboarding and ensuring risk compliance through the BRIDGE and other onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct vendor onboarding and ensure compliance with risk management through the BRIDGE process.
- Coordinate with service line requestors to gather and validate requirements.
- Collaborate with procurement, risk management, research and Independence and finance teams to ensure seamless process completion.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all onboarding and compliance activities.
- Take ownership and accountability for assigned tasks and deliverables.
Qualifications And Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and task execution.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and SharePoint.
