Role Description
This is a full-time office role in gurugram for an Associate Sales Manager. The Associate Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships with students and stakeholders, and guiding them through the study-abroad process. This includes providing personalized consultations, conducting follow-ups, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to improve services and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and address client needs effectively.
- Proficiency in sales strategies, lead generation, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Organizational and time management skills, with an ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address client challenges and propose appropriate solutions.
- Team collaboration skills with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in education counseling, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field is preferred.
