Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate Sales Manager position based in Meerut. The role involves driving sales initiatives, identifying potential customers, promoting financial products, building and nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include market research to identify opportunities, negotiating client agreements, and offering superior customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills
- Knowledge of financial products, including savings, loans, investments, insurance, and pension solutions
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and the ability to maintain long-term client connections
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for market research and identifying sales opportunities
- Proactive time management, organizational skills, and independent decision-making ability
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in financial services or sales is an added advantage
