Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Sales Manager, located in Bengaluru North. The role involves overseeing and managing sales operations while coordinating with potential clients to deliver tailored luxury real estate solutions. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, advising on property investments, presenting exclusive inventory options, and ensuring smooth end-to-end coordination, from negotiations to finalization of transactions. The Associate Sales Manager will also contribute to identifying market trends and implementing effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Direct Sales Experience: Expertise in real estate sales, negotiation, and client relationship management.
- Analytical Skills: Market research, property investment analysis, and data interpretation for strategy development.
- Communication & Presentation: Strong written and verbal communication, with experience in personalized client presentations.
- Organizational Skills: Multi-tasking, attention to detail, and ensuring seamless coordination across multiple stakeholders and transactions.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate markets, particularly luxury and high-growth investment properties.
- Customer Focus: Delivering an exceptional client experience with a focus on personalized service and advice.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Real estate certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM and Sales Tools: Experience with customer relationship management software and data management tools.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales objectives.
- Flexibility: Availability to work on-site and to adapt to the dynamic demands of the luxury
