Role Description
This full-time, on-site role as an Associate Sales Manager is based in Bengaluru South. The role involves managing end-to-end real estate sales, including identifying potential clients, understanding their requirements, and offering tailored property solutions. Additional responsibilities include building strong client relationships, providing expert market insights, coordinating with developers and financial institutions, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the property transaction process.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Negotiation skills, with an ability to meet and exceed targets
- In-depth Real Estate Knowledge and experience with market trends and property consultancy
- Proficient in Client Relationship Management, maintaining trust and satisfaction
- Effective Communication and Presentation skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and independently as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
- Prior experience in the real estate sector is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with RERA regulations and property documentation is an advantage
