Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and articulate Associate – Delegate Relations to join our high-performing sales team. In this role, you will be the frontline revenue driver — identifying, reaching out to, and converting prospects into paying delegates for our flagship masterclass programs.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Sales
- Own and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets by converting prospects into delegate registrations
- Pitch ETMasterclass programs consultatively — aligning program value with the prospect's professional and organisational goals
- Manage end-to-end sales pipeline from lead generation to closure and post-sale follow-up
- Upsell and cross-sell multiple programs to existing clients and corporate accounts
Outbound Calling & Mailing
- Execute high-volume structured outbound calling campaigns targeting CXOs, senior managers, and decision-makers
- Craft and send personalised email pitches that drive open rates, engagement, and conversions
- Follow up diligently with prospects across multiple touchpoints to move deals through the funnel
Research & Prospecting
- Identify and qualify new prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and other B2B databases
- Research industries, companies, and individuals to personalise outreach and improve pitch relevance
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new-to-brand leads at all times
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and deal stages in CRM tools
- Share weekly pipeline, conversion, and activity reports with the Manager – Delegate Relations
- Analyse personal performance data to identify improvement areas and replicate winning patterns
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, tele-sales, or business development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Comfort with high-volume outbound calling and structured follow-up cadences
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn for prospect research and outreach
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure
Good to Have
- Experience in EdTech, media, events, or executive education sales
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
- Familiarity with B2B data tools: Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Exposure to corporate/enterprise client selling (L&D, HR, or C-suite buyers)
