Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Gurugram for an Associate Sales Consultant. The responsibilities include understanding customer needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As part of the daily tasks, the Associate Sales Consultant will address customer queries, manage consultations, and facilitate the sales process to meet individual or organizational insurance requirements. Effective communication and consulting are key components of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Consulting and the ability to provide tailored insurance solutions
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and delivering exceptional Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience or capability in providing business-oriented Consulting
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with the insurance industry and products is a plus
