The Opportunity
Are you an academic overachiever with a passion for deep research? We are aggressively
expanding our funding and loan department, and we are looking for a brilliant, disciplined
"Quick Study" to join our team.
We don’t care if you haven’t written a grant before—we care that you have the intellectual
horsepower to learn how. If you are a high-achiever who can digest complex information quickly
and turn it into professional documentation, we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities
• Rapid Research: Identify and vet government grants, private foundation opportunities,
and loan programs that align with our strategic mission.
• Drafting & Strategy: Build compelling cases for funding. You’ll use modern tools
(including Generative AI) to draft applications, but your human insight will be the "secret
sauce" that makes them win.
• Compliance & Technical Accuracy: Learn and master the specific formatting and
documentation requirements for various funding bodies.
• Collaboration: Work directly with senior leadership to build our internal funding pipeline
from the ground up.
• Progressive Reporting: Maintain transparent workflows to ensure all work-in-progress is
documented and accessible to the team.
The Ideal Candidate
• Academically Qualified: Ideally, you hold a Master’s degree or have a strong academic
background that required heavy research.
• Tech-Forward: You aren't afraid of new technology. You know how to use AI to work
smarter and faster, but you have the critical thinking skills to verify and refine everything
it produces.
• Fearless Learner: Not intimidated by new subjects or complex "rocket science"
documentation.
• Execution-Focused: You are a "driver," not a "wheel-spinner." You prioritize completion
and results over perfectionism.
• Disciplined: Able to work independently without losing focus, maintaining high
standards of accountability.
