Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate, located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Associate will connect with prospective customers to provide them with information about Oliveboard's services, drive lead generation, and convert leads into sales. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, building relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to account management efforts. This position requires proactive communication and strong interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Experience with Account Management and fostering client relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in education or edtech is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
