Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate, located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer accounts, maintaining customer satisfaction, and assisting with customer service. Key responsibilities include identifying prospective customers, understanding their needs, converting leads into sales, and building lasting relationships to support long-term growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and convert potential opportunities
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to address client needs and ensure a high-quality experience
- Experience in Account Management to maintain and nurture client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the EdTech or education industry is an added advantage
