About the Role
As an Associate Relationship Manager – Wholesale Corporate Coverage, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing corporate clients, understanding their business needs, and delivering tailored banking solutions. This role involves driving business growth within regulatory and risk frameworks, ensuring high service standards, and building long-term client relationships. You will also support credit analysis, due diligence, and portfolio management to ensure sustainable and profitable client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless client onboarding and deliver best-in-class customer service.
- Drive business generation within regulatory and risk parameters to expand trade volumes.
- Understand client needs, industry dynamics, and structure customized banking solutions.
- Manage customer acquisition, due diligence, and recovery processes.
- Identify diversified revenue opportunities and run campaigns to increase client penetration.
- Analyze client financials to detect early warning signs and mitigate risks.
- Leverage market intelligence to adopt best practices and enhance client engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams (Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Legal) to meet business objectives efficiently.
- Develop mechanisms to monitor customer satisfaction and improve service processes.
- Review and resolve customer complaints to maintain high service quality and support treasury business growth.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Graduation: Any discipline
- Post-graduation: Any field (preferred)
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in credit analysis and relationship management
Skills and Attributes
- Strong understanding of corporate banking products and credit processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess financial health and risk
- Customer-first approach with a focus on service excellence
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively
