The Opportunity
Pocketful is building a modern investing platform designed to simplify financial markets for the next generation of investors.
We are looking for high-energy relationship managers who can drive both offline and online business growth across retail and HNI client segments. This role combines client acquisition, relationship management, sales execution, and business development across digital and on-ground channels.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable building relationships, driving conversions, and scaling client engagement across trading and investment products.
Role Mandate
- - Drive acquisition of retail and HNI clients across offline and digital channels.
- - Build and manage long-term relationships with active traders, investors, and high-value clients.
- - Generate business across Equity, F&O, Mutual Funds, IPOs, Bonds, and other investment products.
- - Drive online client activation, engagement, and revenue generation through platform usage and relationship-driven selling.
- - Conduct client meetings, investor awareness activities, and business development initiatives to expand market presence.
- - Work closely with digital marketing, activation, and product teams to improve lead conversion and client onboarding.
- - Identify high-potential clients and opportunities for cross-selling and wallet share expansion.
- - Maintain strong follow-through across onboarding, activation, retention, and revenue generation.
- - Track client engagement, pipeline movement, and sales performance through internal systems and reporting tools.
Candidate Profile
- - 1–4 years of experience in Stock Broking, Wealth Management, Financial Services, or Investment Sales.
- - Strong understanding of capital markets and investment products.
- - Experience handling retail investors, traders, or HNI clients.
- - Strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
- - Comfortable working with revenue targets and growth-driven environments.
- - Ability to operate across both field sales and digital engagement ecosystems.
Preferred Experience
- - Existing client network within trading or investment ecosystems.
- - Experience in broking platforms, wealth-tech, or fintech businesses.
- - NISM certification preferred.
- - Familiarity with online lead conversion and digital client engagement.
