Job Responsibilities
- Leading union engagement, collective bargaining agreements, and long-term settlements.
- Managing all associate relations issues, including grievance redressal, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
- Building strong relationships with plant leadership, unions, and external labor authorities.
- Coaching line managers on employment law and performance management to proactively build a positive and legally compliant work environment.
Job Specifications/Requirements :
- Experience: 12+ years in HR, with at least 4-5 years leading Industrial Relations for a factor
- Education: Master's degree in Human Resources or Labor/Industrial Relations is required
Core Skills
- Expertise in labor law, union negotiations, and conflict resolution
- Proven ability to influence senior management and manage complex stakeholder relationship
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skill
- Ability to work independently and handle highly confidential information
