We’re looking for a highly driven Sourcer / Associate Recruiter to help us identify and engage exceptional talent for high-growth startups and global companies.
You’ll work closely on searches across engineering, AI, GTM, product, quant, and leadership hiring.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, X, communities, and databases
- Build talent pipelines for technical and non-technical roles
- Send personalized outreach messages to candidates
- Identify strong profiles based on experience, education, startup background, and technical depth
- Maintain candidate trackers and sourcing reports
- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring teams
Requirements
- Strong sourcing and internet research skills
- Good written English communication
- Comfortable working independently
- Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search
- Interest in startups, SaaS, AI, or executive search
Shift Timing
Night shift aligned with US hours.
Compensation
- ₹10,000–₹15,000 fixed monthly salary
- ₹25,000 incentive per successful hire
