Job Summary
We are looking for a Non-IT Recruiter with experience in hiring for Engineering domains such as Process, Plant, Mechanical, Civil, and EPC projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and timely closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
- Hire for roles like Process Engineers, Plant Engineers, Project Engineers, EPC professionals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements and feedback
- Schedule and follow up on interviews
- Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and joining process
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Required Skills:
- Experience in Non-IT / Engineering recruitment
- Good understanding of Process / Plant / EPC roles
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn sourcing
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
