Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Engineer based in Gummidipoondi. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and improving product quality, conducting quality assurance and quality control activities, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Additional responsibilities include implementing quality management practices, overseeing quality inspections, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high operational standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Engineering and Quality Management processes
- Experience with Quality Control methods and techniques
- Strong skills in Quality Assurance and Product Quality evaluation
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in Quality Management
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Prior experience in the metals or manufacturing industry is advantageous
