Quality Analyst Intern support Talview’s Quality Assurance team by reviewing remote proctoring sessions, analysing quality data, and helping improve proctor performance and candidate experience.
Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Audit live and recorded proctoring sessions against defined procedures and quality standards.
- Review how proctors identify, document, and escalate violations.
- Record audit findings and maintain accurate quality trackers.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports using Excel.
- Identify recurring errors, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare feedback summaries and supporting evidence for proctor coaching.
- Assist with dashboards and reporting automation.
Shift: Rotational shifts, including night shifts.
