Job Description
- Operational role that works under direct supervision, responsible for day-to-day provisioning & configuration operations
Responsibilities
- Maintain daily site activities and routines.
- Ensure SLA are achieved & work proactively to maintain the same.
- Basic Exposure in Telecom product and Network provisioning process
- Basic knowledge in customer support & solving order related queries
- Basic knowledge if they have CRM system experience like Amdocs ,Cramer & SOM
- Good communications skills & basic telecommunications knowledge
