Job Responsibilities Of Project Associate
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, PMC, etc. to determine the specifications of the project
- Attending every kickoff & site progress review meetings by conveying concerns related to our Good Installation Practice for getting a Quality job and avoid duplication/ damage of work.
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
- Calculate BOQ, BOM, Prepare Quotation for Sites for all material required from start to finish.
- Getting GFC AutoCAD version plans, getting the shop drawings done & taking approval.
- Capturing of expenses incurred towards Mathadi/Varai/labour charges & loading/ unloading expenses.
- Raising request for statutory documents like WCP/CAR/TPL/ABG/PBG/RBG.
- Uploading DC's, LR's, Invoices & COP in systems.
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met as per the approved plan.
- Monitoring performance of contractor and ensuring adherence to quality specifications.
- Reviewing & scrutinizing contractors- bills & claims and identifying variations.
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports (Daily, Weekly & Monthly)
- Conducting a cost-benefit analysis of the project, check schedules for the planning of materials, plant & machinery and inventory control as per the contractual terms and scheduled completion dates.
- Preparing and implementing measures for maintaining and meeting the quality, health & safety standards and specifications.
- Ensuring all workers are with proper PPE's i.e., safety helmet, apron, shoes.
- Training the workers on Safety Induction.
- Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics, etc. and guide them when needed
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
- Resolving site problem/issue of the day to day activities in the coordination of with PMC/client & other vendors.
- Preparing handing over documents.
- Collecting feedback forms from the client.
- Collection of statutory compliance forms such as ARE-1 Forms.
- Project Reconciliation.
- Handling the overall administrative responsibilities and ensuring good conduct & decorum at the Site.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience of 5 to 7 years in commercial projects.
- Education Qualification: BE / B Tech/Diploma in Civil, Project Management Background - MUST
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Project Planning, Scheduling, Execution for Finishing and Interior Fit-out works.
- Familiar with handling multiple Project Site
- Excellent Communication & Inter-Personal Skills [Good English -Written & Verbal Must ] As PM needs to connect with PMC, Clients too.
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A team player with leadership abilities
