About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Project Manager – Operations to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution and delivery of high-quality training programs, creating a structured and impact training experience for our client institutions.
Key responsibilities include -
● Partner strategically with key stakeholders to assess training needs, align program roadmaps, and ensure seamless, on-time delivery of learning solutions.
● Lead and coordinate on-campus (offline) training programs, ensuring operational excellence and a superior participant experience.
● Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training quality, effectiveness, and learner outcomes.
● Identify and unlock up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in close collaboration with the SPOC and client stakeholders to maximise account value.
● Conduct regular client engagements and site visits to strengthen partnerships, gather actionable feedback, and proactively resolve concerns.
● Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure strict adherence to timelines, service expectations, and delivery standards.
Preferred Knowledge / Skills / Abilities -
● Preferably in Ed-tech or training delivery
● Strong project and program management abilities with effective session alignment and coach coordination.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for client and mentor engagement.
● Organisational and multitasking capabilities to handle multiple programs simultaneously.
● Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace for reporting, scheduling and documentation.
● Problem-solving mindset with flexibility and readiness for frequent client travel.
