Job Title: Assistant Project Manager – HR Consultant

Experience: 15– 20+ years in Management Consulting (preferred) or HR, with strong expertise in strategic HR planning and implementation
Reports To: Co-founder / Partners
About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned HR Consultant / Assistant Project Manager with strong experience in strategic HR consulting. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to design and implement HR initiatives, lead consulting projects, and deliver impactful organizational solutions. This role requires strong leadership, client management, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Initiate, plan, and lead HR consulting programs and projects
- Conduct research to identify HR issues and root causes
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations to clients and HR teams
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Assess client HR needs and design customized solutions
- Support KRA/KPI development, performance management, and training initiatives
- Design and deliver HR training programs
- Stay updated with HR trends, labor laws, and best practices
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Drive continuous improvement in HR consulting services
- Support change management and culture transformation initiatives
- Assist in HR policy development and implementation
- Evaluate and implement HR technology solutions
- Ensure compliance through robust HR control systems
Requirements / Qualifications:- BBA / MBA / PG Diploma in Management or related field
- Strong strategic planning and execution capability
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends
- Leadership qualities with a dynamic and proactive approach
- Willingness to travel for client engagements
