Role: Associate Project Manager/Project Manger
Experience: 4 to 12 years
Role and Responsibilities
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking of tasks and milestones
Coordinate with business teams, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
Organize and participate in project status meetings, prepare MOMs, and track action items
Monitor project progress and highlight risks, dependencies, and blockers to project managers
Maintain project documentation including plans, trackers, reports, and status dashboards
Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of pending items across teams
Support preparation of status reports and presentations for senior management
Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Act as a communication bridge between teams to ensure alignment and clarity
Requirements
Strong coordination and organizational skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience working in cross-functional environments
Good understanding of project lifecycle and delivery processes
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar (preferred)
Must be the part of Scrum Calls, Preparing the status Report, Maintaining the documents
