Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Program Manager, Placements & Corporate Relations, at Simplilearn's Bangalore Urban location. In this role, you will collaborate with organizations to establish partnerships for placements, maintain and strengthen corporate relationships, and align training programs to the industry’s evolving needs. You will manage placement drives, foster strong connections between corporates and learners, and ensure learner success through rigorous tracking and guidance. Additionally, reporting on placement metrics, conducting sessions to improve employability, and strategizing to enhance placement rates will be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in relationship management, including building and maintaining corporate and client relationships
- Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee placement drives and ensure operational success
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead discussions and represent Simplilearn in corporate interactions
- Experience in education, training, or HR industries is preferred
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand market trends and enhance placement processes
- A proactive and results-driven approach with the ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree or higher degree
- Familiarity with the digital learning or upskilling industry is advantageous
