Job Title: Associate Program Manager (APM) – OOH
Role Summary:
We are looking for a result-driven Associate Program Manager – OOH who will handle both revenue generation and end-to-end execution of outdoor advertising campaigns. This role involves client acquisition, campaign planning, and seamless on-ground execution through cross-functional coordination. Prior experience in BTL campaign execution is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation:
● Identify and onboard new brands/clients for OOH advertising.
● Generate leads and close B2B ad sales deals.
● Pitch OOH inventory (hoardings, kiosks, society branding, bus shelters, tech parks, etc.) to clients.
● Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and direct brands.
● Prepare proposals, rate cards, and media plans.
Operations & Campaign Execution:
● Coordinate with internal teams (sales ops, design, finance) and external vendors for smooth execution.
● Manage end-to-end campaign execution across hoardings, kiosks, societies, bus shelters, and tech parks.
● Execute and manage BTL campaigns including on-ground activations and brand promotions.
● Conduct site recce and feasibility checks.
● Ensure timely campaign launch as per client commitment.
● Maintain quality checks and compliance with brand guidelines.
● Share execution reports with campaign photographs.
● Manage timelines, budgets, and resolve on-ground issues efficiently.
● Act as a single point of contact between clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
Requirements:
● 2–5 years of experience in OOH advertising / BTL campaign management.
● Hands-on experience in executing BTL campaigns and on-ground activations is mandatory.
● Strong understanding of media sales and campaign execution.
● Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
● Ability to handle both sales targets and execution responsibilities.
