Role Description
We are seeking an Associate Program Manager to join our team in Bengaluru for a full-time, on-site role. The Associate Program Manager will coordinate and support various projects by executing 3rd party ads on the platform, tracking campaign progress, and ensuring campaign success. Responsibilities include stakeholder communication, resource allocation, issue resolution, and operational process improvement. The role also requires analysing performance metrics and identifying areas for innovation and efficiency improvement.
Qualifications
- Digital ads execution, including planning and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office, SQL, project management tools, or CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Prior experience in operations, Marketing, or ad-sales platform is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field
