Our Online team sits at the center of customer acquisition, product journeys and operational processes. We are looking for an Associate Program Manager who enjoys diving into data, understanding how customers move through funnels, and constantly improving how the system works.
If you like figuring out why something breaks in a funnel, fixing it, and then building a better process so it doesn’t break again, you’ll enjoy this role.
What you’ll work on
- Analyze customer funnels end-to-end — from lead acquisition to disbursal — across different customer demographics and channels
- Identify drop-offs, inefficiencies, and behavioral patterns in the journey
- Design better process flows and customer journeys to improve conversion and experience
- Work closely with Product, Operations, Marketing and Tech teams to implement improvements
- Build dashboards and reports (SQL / Power BI) to track funnel performance and operational metrics
- Translate insights into clear action plans and experiments
- Handle early-stage manual workflows and grunt work, and progressively structure / automate them as the business scales
What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years experience in B2C product, growth, analytics, or operations roles
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Comfort working with SQL and Power BI (or similar tools)
- Ability to connect data with real operational problems
- Someone who is proactive and curious — you don’t wait for instructions to improve something
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a 6-day work week
