Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in the Mohali district for an Associate Professor of Management. The role involves designing, developing, and delivering innovative and market-relevant curricula in the fields of management. The Associate Professor will engage in teaching, mentoring, research, and academic activities alongside fostering a culture of impactful learning. Leadership opportunities, collaboration with other departments, and participation in public academic events are also integral to the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Organizational Behavior and Curriculum Development
- Experience in conducting Research and University Teaching
- Knowledge of Marketing principles and their applications in an academic context
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ph.D. in Management or a closely related discipline
- Proven track record of scholarly publications and research work
- Familiarity with digital tools and technology in education is a plus
