Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and develop innovative, outcome-based learning experiences.
- Lead and contribute to research projects, publications, and sponsored research initiatives.
- Mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students in academic and research activities.
- Develop industry collaborations, consultancy projects, and interdisciplinary research initiatives.
- Contribute to curriculum development, laboratory innovation, and institutional academic activities.
Desired Profile:
- Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant specialization from a recognized university.
- Strong academic and research credentials in Design Engineering, Robotics & Automation, or related areas.
- A proven record of quality research publications, research guidance, and academic contributions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Relevant teaching and/or industry experience as per applicable university and regulatory norms.
