About the Role
RCMB is looking for an experienced and academically strong Senior Faculty in Economics to join its academic team. The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years of teaching and/or industry experience, with the ability to deliver engaging, application-oriented sessions that connect economic concepts with business and management decision-making.
A PhD in Economics or a related field is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Teaching & Academic Delivery
- Deliver courses in areas such as: Managerial Economics, Microeconomics & Macroeconomics, Business Environment, International Economics, Economic Policy & Global Markets, Statistics for Management, Quantitative Techniques for Management, Business Law
- Conduct engaging, case-based and discussion-driven classroom sessions
- Design assignments, assessments, and learning materials
Curriculum & Academic Development
- Contribute to curriculum enhancement aligned with current economic and business trends
- Integrate real-world economic developments into classroom teaching
- Support interdisciplinary learning relevant to management education
Research & Institutional Contribution
- Publish research papers, articles, or case studies (preferred)
- Participate in academic committees and institutional initiatives
- Contribute to accreditation and academic quality processes
