Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate Professor role based in Prayagraj. The Associate Professor will be responsible for developing and delivering course materials, conducting lectures, mentoring students, and engaging in collaborative research initiatives. Additional responsibilities include participating in curriculum development, contributing to institutional development activities, and publishing research in academic journals.
Qualifications
- Strong teaching skills, including curriculum development, lecturing, and academic mentorship.
- Proven research abilities, with a record of peer-reviewed publications and an aptitude for conducting collaborative research.
- Proficiency in academic writing and the ability to critically review and evaluate research work.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills for mentoring students and working with peers.

- Doctorate or an advanced degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience in teaching or research, with a focus on business or management subjects, is highly desirable.
