Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Professor located at the NIET campus in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The role involves developing and delivering high-quality lectures, guiding research projects, mentoring students, and contributing to curriculum development. Additional responsibilities include publishing research papers, participating in academic and administrative committees, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the academic environment.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in subject matter, with a proven record of teaching and research in relevant domains
- Ability to design and deliver innovative curriculum and instructional methodologies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
- Proficiency in guiding student research and academic projects
- Commitment to academic integrity, ethical values, and professional development
- A Ph.D. or equivalent doctorate degree in a relevant field is highly desirable
- Experience in publishing research papers or contributing to academic journals is an advantage
