- Strong understanding of global AI regulatory trends, data privacy laws (like GDPR or DPDP), and the ethical implications of machine learning.

Assistant or Associate Professor specializing in Competition Law

As the legal profession increasingly moves toward out-of-court settlements, we are looking for a candidate who can masterfully teach the nuances of Arbitration, Mediation, and Negotiation.
The successful candidate will be expected to lead our ADR clinical programs, fostering a culture of efficient conflict resolution through both theoretical depth and practical skill-building.
Key Responsibilities
- Instruct undergraduate and postgraduate students in core subjects including The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, International Commercial Arbitration, and Mediation & Negotiation Skills.
- Drive a Project-Based Pedagogy by organizing and supervising Simulation Exercises, such as mock mediation sessions and arbitration hearings.
- Lead the university's ADR Cell and coach student teams for national and international Mediation and Client Counseling competitions.
- Conduct and publish high-quality research on contemporary issues in ADR, such as Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), the enforcement of emergency arbitral awards, and the role of ADR in specialized sectors like criminal compoundable offenses or family law.
