Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Professor / Assistant Professor specializing in MBA programs with focus areas in Analytics, Operations, Marketing, or Tourism. The selected candidate will be responsible for academic teaching, mentoring MBA students, developing and delivering course content, preparing assessments, engaging students in research initiatives, and contributing to the department's administrative responsibilities. Faculty members are also expected to stay abreast of developments in their respective fields through continuous learning and research. This role is based in Kochi, Kerala.
📌 Required Qualifications & Experience (as per UGC norms):
- Education: MBA (Master of Business Administration) from a reputed institution, with a Ph.D. in Management (mandatory).
- Experience:
- 1 to 5 years of teaching experience at the college/university level.
- For senior roles: Over 5 years of significant teaching and/or research experience, with evidence of publications in high-quality journals.
