Responsibility
- Lead engaging studio courses, lectures, and workshops in your area of expertise
- Drive project-based, experiential learning aligned with contemporary industry practices
- Mentor students on design projects, portfolios, internships, and career readiness
- Contribute to curriculum design, studio frameworks, and interdisciplinary learning
- Evaluate student work through juries, reviews, exhibitions, and assessments
- Actively support industry collaborations, live projects, workshops, and guest engagements
- Bridge academia and practice by embedding real-world design workflows into teaching
- Contribute to high impact research and IPR development
Qualification / What We are Looking For:
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree to fill positions in three disciplines in Industrial Design / Interior Design / Communication Design
- From 5 years to 15+ years of experience, including:
- A mix of industry and academic experience.
- A strong academic and/or professional portfolio
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills
- A genuine passion for student-centric, studio-driven design education
