About this Position:The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes. The role involves following production schedules, maintaining quality standards, ensuring safety compliance, and performing minor machine maintenance to achieve daily production targets Please add a text and explain the position
What you´ll do:
- Set up machines, perform pre-operational checks, and calibrate settings for smooth production.
- Monitor machine parameters and adjust operations to maintain required product specifications.
- Handle material loading and discharging using manual trolleys while ensuring proper material flow.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting to reduce downtime.
- Maintain accurate production records including batch data and output details.
- Follow SOPs and safety regulations while supporting quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen).
