Position Overview
As an Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining product strategies, managing development cycles, and ensuring seamless integration of tech solutions aligned with business goals. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Identify process gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and cross-functional teams
- Oversee system integration with minimal disruption
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle (concept to deployment)
- Monitor KPIs and optimize product performance
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and long-term sustainability
- Maintain compliance, security, and quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation
Compensation:
- Salary range: ₹3,00,000 – ₹3,50,000 per annum
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
Experience:
- 2 - 3 years in Product Management (IT/Tech domain preferred)
- Proven experience delivering successful tech products
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and cloud technologies
- Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, and Confluence
- Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, or DevOps is a plus
