🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for someone who can work at the intersection of AI tools, product thinking, storytelling, and growth execution.

In this role, you will take inputs from product, pedagogy, delivery, and leadership teams and transform them into high-quality, polished, AI-assisted content across formats.

🧠 What You’ll Do

AI-first content creation

• Turn raw team inputs into LinkedIn posts, announcements, and thought pieces
• Convert feature releases into clear product stories
• Structure testimonials (video and written)
• Generate high-quality drafts using AI tools and refine them

Product & feature communication

• Understand product features and assessments deeply
• Create demo scripts, product walkthrough videos, launch teasers, and explainer content
• Upgrade website copy and feature descriptions

AI video & visual execution

• Work with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, AI voice tools, and image/video generators
• Improve pacing, clarity, storytelling, and visual quality
• Maintain brand consistency across content

Outreach & growth assets

• Create school-facing mailers and WhatsApp communication
• Support CSR and partner communication content
• Help structure landing pages and campaign messaging

Build repeatable AI workflows

• Experiment with new AI tools
• Improve speed and quality of content production
• Build reusable prompt frameworks and lightweight automation systems

🔍 Who This Role Is Ideal For

• Recent graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience
• Someone who enjoys building and executing, not just ideating
• Strong aesthetic sense — you instinctively know when something needs refinement
• Curious about AI and constantly experimenting
• Comfortable working across product, tech, and communication

You might have:

• Run a LinkedIn page or built a personal brand
• Created or edited images and videos using AI diffusion models
• Built content using AI tools
• Worked on college tech or product projects
• Written scripts, decks, or product explainers
