About the Role:
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) who will support the development and execution of digital products across the organization.
This role is ideal for someone who is strong in execution, structured thinking, and collaboration, and is looking to grow into a full Product Manager role.
You will work across functions and departments to help build products that improve customer experience, increase conversions, and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Execution & Delivery (Primary Responsibility):
- Work on well-defined problem statements and translate them into:
- User stories
- Workflows
- Support creation of PRDs and product documentation
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure timely delivery
- Track progress and proactively flag risks or blockers
Product Development Support:
- Assist in defining product features based on inputs from PMs and stakeholders
- Support product launches, releases, and deployment activities
- Ensure smooth rollout of features across teams
User & Business Understanding:
- Engage with users and internal stakeholders to gather feedback
- Identify gaps, usability issues, and improvement areas
- Support PMs in refining product requirements based on real-world usage
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with teams including business, operations, and technology
- Support alignment between stakeholders during product execution
Data & Insights (Execution Level):
- Track product metrics such as usage, drop-offs, and engagement
- Assist in running A/B tests and experiments under guidance
- Analyze user behavior and highlight improvement opportunities
- Support continuous optimization of product performance
Technical Understanding (Foundational Expectation):
- Develop a working understanding of:
- APIs and integrations
- System workflows and data flow
- Collaborate effectively with engineering teams by understanding dependencies and constraints
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in Product Management or related roles
- Experience in digital products, preferably in Real Estate / PropTech / CRM systems
