Job details:
We're an early-stage AI startup building technology for D2C brands. We sit at the intersection of business operations and technology — helping brands move faster, make smarter decisions, and scale without chaos. We're moving fast and building something genuinely new.
About This Role
This is a client-facing, problem-solving, get-it-shipped role. You'll be the bridge between our fashion brand clients and our internal product, design, and engineering teams. You'll spend time understanding what clients actually need (not just what they ask for), translate that into clear product thinking, get it built, tested, and adopted — and make sure nothing falls through the cracks along the way.
If you've ever looked at a messy manual process and immediately started sketching how to fix it — this is your role.
What You'll Do
Client & Discovery
- Spend real time with clients — understand their workflows, frustrations, and goals
- Distinguish between what a client is asking for vs. what will actually solve their problem
- Document requirements in a way developers and designers can actually build from
Product & Solution Design
- Think through the end-to-end user experience before a single line of code is written
- Work with the UI team to make sure interfaces are intuitive, clean, and worth using
- Map out where data is coming from, how it flows into the product, and flag any data quality risks early
Build & Delivery
- Own the delivery cycle — brief the dev team, track progress, unblock issues
- Push the team to keep moving; be the person who notices when things have gone quiet
- Test builds with clients, gather feedback, and loop back to improve
Adoption & Implementation
- Stay with the client through go-live — not just handoff
- Make sure the solution is actually being used, not just deployed
- Flag when a client is stuck and help them move forward
You're a Fit If You…
- Think in systems — you naturally see how things connect and where they'll break
- Have a design eye — you care about how something feels to use, not just whether it works
- Are comfortable sitting in ambiguity and turning it into a plan
- Communicate clearly — in writing, in meetings, and across teams
- Have a mild obsession with data integrity (where is this number coming from?)
- Can hold a team accountable without being the person everyone dreads hearing from
Background We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in any of the following: UI/UX, product, audit, consulting, business analysis, or a product-facing role at a startup
- Exposure to product companies or client-delivery environments is a strong plus
- Audit or process background? We'd love to talk — the data sanity instinct is rare and useful
- Coding skills are not required, but working knowledge of how software is built is helpful
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Notion, Jira, or similar is a bonus
What You Won't Find Here
- A rigid process to follow blindly
- A role where someone else defines your success criteria
- Work that looks the same two months in a row
What You Will Find
- Ownership from day one
- A fast-moving founding team that values clear thinking over credentials
- Direct exposure to India's D2C fashion ecosystem at an inflection point
