Role Description The Associate Product Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This position involves supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of educational products, including gathering and prioritizing requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and assisting in product roadmapping. The role includes conducting market and user research, analyzing feedback and usage data, and helping translate insights into product improvements and new features. The Associate Product Manager will collaborate closely with design, engineering, content, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery, quality, and alignment with learner needs. The role also requires preparing product documentation, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to continuous optimization of digital learning solutions.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform market, user, and competitive research and synthesize insights into clear product recommendations.
- Skills in product planning and coordination, including managing backlogs, tracking milestones, and supporting cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working with data and product metrics.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with technical, design, content, and business stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of digital product development processes, UX principles, and educational technology trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, Education, or a related discipline; a background in edtech is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for education, learner-centered solutions, and improving student outcomes through technology.
