NPrep is hiring an Associate Product Manager- who enjoys solving real-world problems and taking ownership from identifying opportunities to building and launching impactful products. As an APM, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and business, to deliver high-quality user-centric solutions. You will be involved across the entire product lifecycle: problem discovery, ideation, execution, launch, and continuous iteration
Responsibilities
- Identify user problems through data analysis, user research, and market insights.
- Translate problem statements into clear product solutions and features.
- Create and manage Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
- Design wireframes/prototypes and collaborate with design and tech teams.
- Plan and execute experiments such as A/B testing to validate ideas.
- Track product performance and continuously iterate based on feedback and data.
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Familiarity with data-driven decision-making.
- Understanding of user research and market research.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
- Basic knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Ability to create clear and structured PRDs.
- Experience in education/edtech industry preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
