Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Associate Product Manager. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, and manage product features from ideation to launch. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, defining product requirements, and prioritizing product roadmaps. The Associate Product Manager will also track performance metrics, gather feedback to ensure continued product improvement, and support the overall product lifecycle to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Product management skills, including experience in product lifecycle management, creating roadmaps, and defining requirements
- Data analysis and research capability, including proficiency with tools and techniques for market research and performance analysis
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional team interaction and stakeholder engagement
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude to drive solutions in a dynamic environment
- Basic understanding of financial products and services is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; additional qualifications in Product Management or MBA preferred
- Previous experience in technology or financial services is highly desirable
