Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Product Manager, based in Chennai. The Associate Product Manager will support product development by gathering and analyzing user and market requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions. Responsibilities include defining product roadmaps, monitoring performance metrics, and managing feature releases. This individual will also engage with stakeholders and customers to understand their needs, enhance user experiences, and identify opportunities for product improvement and growth.
Qualifications
- Product Management: Knowledge of product lifecycle management, requirement gathering, and defining product roadmaps
- Market Research and Analysis: Strong skills in user research, market trends analysis, and competitor analysis
- Collaboration and Coordination: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including development, design, and marketing
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and decision-making skills to identify challenges and create innovative solutions
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of mobile device ecosystems, cybersecurity concepts, and multi-cloud environments is an advantage
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management and documentation
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; prior experience in product management or a similar role is a plus
- Skills/Certifications: Familiarity with tools for product management and agile methodologies is beneficial
