WHO WE ARE
Legend of Toys (LOT) is a full-stack D2C toys brand. We design and manufacture RC cars and drones where each product has a personality, a name and a backstory. We’re building a brand from India that competes on identity, not price. Toys that feel like they belong in a movie.
Our website is one of the most important expressions of the LOT brand. It’s where people discover us, experience us, and buy from us. Up until now, different people have owned different pieces of it. We’re now bringing it all under one roof and looking for someone to own it properly.
THE ROLE
This is a product role, you’ll own the LOT website as a product, which means you’re responsible for how it looks, how it works, how it converts, and how it improves over time. You’ll report directly to the Founder who owns brand, work closely with design, the D2C growth team, and our tech partners, and be the person who connects what the brand wants to say with what the site actually does.
This is a freshly structured role, which means you’ll have the opportunity to set the way of working, build the roadmap from scratch, and leave a real stamp on how the website evolves.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Website Product Ownership
– Own the LOT website end to end, from the homepage and collection pages to PDPs, checkout, and post-purchase flows
– Maintain a prioritised product roadmap for the site and manage it in collaboration with the Founder and D2CGrowth Manager
Conversion Rate Optimisation, CRO
– Own the conversion funnel from first visit to completed purchase, and know it intimately
– Identify drop-off points through GA4, session recordings, and heatmaps, then brief and ship fixes
– Run A/B tests on key pages and flows, product pages, checkout, homepage, and act on results quickly
Merchandising & Site Experience
– Own how products are presented, sequenced, and surfaced on the site, collections, filters, search, and recommendations
– Think about mobile experience as the default; most of our visitors are on mobile
Analytics & Reporting
– Own the website analytics stack, primarily GA4 and Shopify Analytics, and make sure tracking is set up correctly
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience
– 1 to 3 years of experience in a product, growth, or e-commerce role where you worked directly on a website or digital product
– Hands-on experience with Shopify, you’ve managed a store, updated pages, and are comfortable with how the platform works
– Familiarity with CRO fundamentals: A/B testing, heatmaps, session recordings (Hotjar or similar), and conversion funnel analysis
– Prior experience at a D2C brand or e-commerce startup is a strong plus
WHY THIS ROLE
You’ll own one of the most visible and commercially important surfaces of a fast-growing brand, and you’ll do it from day one. There’s no existing playbook to follow, which means you get to build the way of working, set the roadmap, and define what good looks like for the LOT website. You report directly to the Founder, your work is seen by everyone who visits the site, and your impact shows up directly in the conversion and revenue numbers.
Compensation : ₹12-15 LPA depending on relevant experience
