Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Product Manager located in Bengaluru. The Associate Product Manager will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of products, gathering and analyzing user insights, and prioritizing feature developments. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating product roadmaps, and ensuring product alignment with business goals. You will support market research, report on key product metrics, and help drive innovation for the success of the platform.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis, market research, and user behavior assessment
- Experience with project management, strategic planning, and roadmapping for product development
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities for collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Working knowledge of design thinking, user experience principles, and technology tools
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively identify and address product challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
- Experience in SaaS, AI technology, or healthcare is a plus
- A strong sense of ownership and a user-focused approach to product innovation
