We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our team in Bangalore.
This role is a mix of product management and project management, where the person will be responsible for understanding product requirements, coordinating with partners and internal teams, tracking delivery, and ensuring smooth execution across multiple initiatives.
The role is suitable for someone who is structured, sharp, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts at the same time. You should be able to understand business requirements, convert them into clear product specifications, coordinate with engineering and QA teams, and keep projects moving through disciplined tracking and follow-ups.
What you’ll do
- Understand business and partner requirements for lending technology products.
- Convert requirements into clear product notes, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Coordinate with engineering, QA, business, operations, and external partner teams.
- Track project timelines, open items, dependencies, blockers, UAT status, and release readiness.
- Manage multiple partner/product initiatives in parallel without losing sight of details.
- Perform functional testing of workflows, dashboards, configurations, API flows, business rules, and exception scenarios.
- Support UAT, partner walkthroughs, internal demos, release planning, and go-live readiness.
- Maintain documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, trackers, MOMs, SOPs, release notes, and product behaviour documents.
- Highlight risks, delays, scope gaps, and dependency issues in a timely and structured manner.
What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in product, project management, business analysis, implementation, QA, fintech, SaaS, or delivery roles.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies in parallel.
- Good understanding of workflows, business rules, validations, and system behaviour.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with engineering, QA, business, operations, and partner teams.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, logs, and integrations.
- High ownership, attention to detail, and strong follow-up discipline.
Good to have
- Prior experience in fintech, lending, SaaS, banking technology, or partner integrations.
- Exposure to LOS, LMS, collateral management, or risk monitoring systems.
- Experience with tools such as Postman, Jira, Redmine, ClickUp, Excel, SQL basics, or API testing.
