Associate Product Manager — Learning & EdTech
Product Team | Full-Time | Remote
Role Overview
We are looking for a thoughtful, execution-focused, and result-oriented Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our growing LMS product team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of a multi-platform learning product used by a broad consumer audience across web and mobile platforms while contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Education Bachelor’s Degree in Product Management, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the product roadmap across web and mobile platforms, tracking feature status from concept through release.
- Serve as the central point of coordination between the Product Manager, engineering, design, data analytics, and content teams — ensuring alignment and visibility across all workstreams.
- Track feature usage, learner engagement metrics, and platform-level analytics; proactively surface insights and recommendations.
- Write and maintain PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation for multi-platform delivery.
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies, roadmap reviews, cross-functional meetings, QA/UAT coordination, and release processes.
- Track blockers, dependencies, and open issues across teams while escalating risks proactively and driving resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of Product Management or Associate Product Management experience on B2C digital products.
- Experience working on products across multiple platforms including web, iOS, and Android.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, design, content, and data teams in remote work environments.
- Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies, product documentation, and user story writing.
