What You'll DoContent: Plan → Make → Share
- Work with creators, editors, and team leads to plan what content goes out and when
- Help decide the best way to package and present each episode (titles, descriptions, thumbnails, clips)
- Make sure content gets uploaded on time to podcasts apps, YouTube, and social media
- Track what happens after we share (listens, views, comments)
Work With Teams
- Talk to creators about what works and what doesn't
- Sync with editors to understand production timelines
- Help team leads figure out the right strategy for each show
- Share updates and learnings across the team
Look at Numbers
- Check what content is working (which episodes get the most listens, shares, engagement)
- Understand why some things work better than others
- Pick out simple patterns: What topics do people like? What times are best to share?
- Report findings back to the team
Make It Better, Keep It Simple
- Create a process that works the same way every time (no surprises)
- Document how we do things so anyone can follow it
- Test small changes and see what works
- Keep improving based on what the data tells us
